WHAT IS GDPR?

GDPR is a word that is commonly mentioned today. GDPR is the abbreviation for the Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27th 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter the “Regulation “. The Regulation, as we have defined in the previous sentence, and GDPR are one and the same.

Who is a controller?

In relation to the products and services of the company of NAM system, a.s. it is important to know who the so-called controller is in relation to personal data that the company NAM system, a.s. is provided with during cooperation with you (as you are utilizing our services and products). WHEN ARE YOU A CONTROLLER?

You are the controller in cases where you are using:

• The HelpLivi system
• TICK Tracker GPS monitoring to track the other people for business or public purposes (e.g. your employees, vehicle users etc.),

because you have decided to monitor other people and pass over their personal data to the company of NAM system, a.s. In order to assist you in complying with your responsibilities, we have prepared documentation covering our specific products in accordance with the Regulation.

WHEN IS NAM SYSTEM, A.S. THE CONTROLLER?

Cases may arise where the controller, in context of the Regulation, will be the company of NAM system, a.s. This is in the context of when:

• It concerns personal data identifying you as a contractual party or customer (only if you are a natural person) of the company of NAM system, a.s., your contact details, bank account, invoicing, payment and delivery data, description of goods sold and services provided to you.
• If you are using TICK Tracker GPS monitoring for private purposes (e.g. to track yourself or your family),
• You are visiting websites driven by the Company
